1. All the three RFCs use a different date format then the one we have in the template (1/12/09 instead of Jan 2009).

2. The normative/ informative references are not distinguished.

3. Yonsook's Email address is missing a .com (mindspring instead of mindspring.com)

Specific Comments:

The "lesson learned" subtitle is dispersed throughout the document in bold.
Perhaps, they can be made as a sub title in each of the section instead of
it standing out as bold italic subtitle without any number.

In the references section, the Provenance RFC is referenced (but it is
listed as work in progress). Once the numbers are assigned perhaps this
could be changed.
